For over a decade, movement, yoga, meditation, and self-expression have been central to the path. A background in dance and years exploring these practices made it clear how deeply tuning into body, mind, and heart can guide us through life’s ups and downs.

Through periods of exhaustion, anxiety, injuries, and self-doubt, sound became a natural next step. Using gongs, singing bowls, tuning forks, and other instruments, immersive experiences are created to help people reconnect with themselves, with each other, and with the spaces around them.

Retreats, group sound meditations, 1-to-1 sessions, and custom experiences are offered with one intention: to provide a space where people feel supported, seen, and able to let go ∿ whether that’s releasing tension, finding focus, or simply being present.

Healing happens in connection ∿ in shared energy, in the moments we pause and tune in. The aim is to hold that space, guide the sound, and open room for everyone to show up fully as themselves.
