This work began in movement. A background in dance opened a path into meditation, breathwork, and sound. An ongoing exploration of how the body holds experience, and how awareness allows it to soften and shift.

Behind the training was a personal search for balance. Periods of anxiety, depression, and disconnection led to practices that helped bring the body and mind back into harmony.

Through periods of exhaustion and injury, sound became a natural extension, a way to regulate the system, restore energy, and reconnect without force or expectation. Using gongs, singing bowls, and subtle frequencies, sessions are designed to support the nervous system, creating space for rest, awareness, and a gradual return to balance.

Work is offered through group sound meditations, private 1-to-1 sessions, retreats, and bespoke experiences. Each one is held with a simple intention: to create a space where you can slow down, feel supported, and meet yourself as you are.

Nothing is forced. Nothing to achieve. Just space to listen, release, and reconnect.

Why Sound?

Sound moves through your body, mind, and energy, creating shifts you can feel.

Mind and Body in Sync. Vibrations influence brain activity and nervous system patterns, helping you settle into a natural rhythm and presence. They can support focus, calm racing thoughts, and even helpful for ADHD by gently guiding attention and nervous system regulation.

Energy in Motion. Frequencies target points in the body, releasing tension and opening the flow of energy. They can ease tight muscles, improve mobility, and help relieve discomfort like back pain or sciatica by releasing pressure along nerve pathways.

Physical Relief. Sound stimulates nerves and encourages the release of feel-good chemicals, easing aches and stiffness while supporting the body’s natural recovery processes.

Mood Boost. Certain tones engage the brain’s reward centres, lifting spirits and bringing a sense of lightness and vitality.

Inner Awareness. Deep resonance opens space to observe thoughts, emotions, and habits, supporting self-reflection, insight, and a greater understanding of your patterns.

Emotional Release. Vibrations help process stress and unresolved emotions, offering a space to let go and rebalance.

Focus and Creativity. Sound combined with breath helps sharpen mental processes, enhance problem-solving, and unlock imaginative thinking.

Restorative Sleep. Frequencies guide the nervous system toward restorative rest, helping you fall asleep, stay asleep, and wake up feeling renewed.

Sound touches so many parts of life ∿ from chronic pain and physical tension to mood, focus, sleep, and emotional clarity. It works on levels beyond words, connecting body, mind, and energy in ways that are direct, natural, and deeply felt.
